Columbia Insurance is pleased to announce Angie Gallo joined the leadership team as vice president of claims on March 31.

Gallo is a results-driven and innovative leader with over 20 years of experience in claims and customer support.

“Angie’s leadership approach focuses on fostering a service-orientated team environment, driving successful operating results and advancing innovation initiatives,” said Todd Ruthruff, Columbia’s president and chief executive officer. “We are thrilled to have her join our officer group to lead our claims team.”

Gallo echoed Ruthruff’s excitement. “I’m thrilled to be joining the company during such an exciting time of transformation. According to Ruthruff, Gallo’s dedication to prioritizing people and relationships is one of the many reasons her leadership experience was a great fit for Columbia. “What most impressed me is, with all she has accomplished, Angie was most proud of her achievements related to employee engagement and employee development.”

Gallo joins Columbia after serving most recently as the vice president of claims at a niche insurance provider based in the US, UK and Canada.
