Report A Claim

You just experienced a loss. Now what? Our experienced and knowledgeable claims representatives know the right way to get you back to normal. Start the process by reporting your claim. We'll take it from there and settle your claim quickly and fairly.

Reporting Guidelines

No matter how careful you are, claim events can occur. When they do, stay calm. We'll be there to investigate, adjust and settle your claim. Our team's goal is to respond quickly to your needs and answer any questions. We'll handle your claim in a hassle-free manner. Taking these steps in the event of a loss can help you make the claims process smoother.

Auto Accident

  • If possible, move vehicle(s) to a safe location, out of traffic and turn on your hazards.
  • Check for injuries and call an ambulance if there are any. 
  • Call the police to create an accident report.
  • Exchange information with all drivers involved, including name, address, phone number and insurance information. Make note of vehicle types and license plate information, and damage to vehicle and occupants.
  • Take information from any witnesses.
  • Stay at the scene until released by authorities.
  • Report the accident to us or your independent insurance agent.

Property Claim

  • Photograph the damages for your own records and inventories.
  • Take reasonable precautions to protect your property from further damage.
  • Keep accurate records of what you spend doing temporary repairs to keep your business operational. 
  • Call the police if the incident is a result of theft or other crime.
  • Report the claim to us or your independent agent.

Liability Claim

  • Gather as much information as possible from the person making the accusation against you or your business. Information about the incident, including names, addresses and phone numbers will be helpful.
  • Report the incident to us or your independent insurance agent. A member of our team will reach out quickly to answer your questions and begin investigating allegations. 

Workers Compensation Claim

  • Take necessary steps to secure the safety of your employees and the surrounding area. 
  • Call for medical services, if necessary. 
  • Report the injury to us or your independent insurance agent promptly.
