Hybrid Work Policy

With manager approval, you can work remotely two days/week.

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

Two options for medical insurance: PPO or a High-Deductible Plan where the company contributes up to $2,400 to your HSA.

401(k) Match

We’ll put 3% into your 401(k) annually and then match your contribution up to 5%.

Generous Time Off

In addition to paid company holidays, you’ll accumulate 20 days of PTO annually and receive paid parental leave.

Company Bonus Plan

Our short-term incentive plan gives you the opportunity to earn a generous bonus for meeting your individual goals.
